1. Payment is expected when services are rendered.
In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

3. We accept Chamber Bucks  and Digi-Buck.

4. We accept Care Credit Card. ( Must have 2 forms of ID ).

5. We accept Pet insurance, clients pay us at the time of service then Valley Animal Hospital will provide the document you will need to get reimbursed from your insurance company.
